Interim Data Protection Officer

Project overview

Supervision of operational data protection within the scope of a temporary project at the client's:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Implementation of the requirements from GDPR and BDSG in all company processes
• Processing of data subject requests within the statutory four-week period, including documented data processing
• Reviewing, creating, and supporting contracts for order processing, as well as monitoring technical and organizational measures
• Managing and moderating projects, for example in marketing, for data protection-compliant implementation in daily business
• Completed studies, for example in law, business informatics, or business administration, or a comparable commercial or administrative training with further education in data protection
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and BDSG as well as routine in complying with statutory deadlines
• Practical experience in operational data protection, compliance, risk management, or a comparable interface function
• Certification as a Data Protection Officer, for example by TÜV or DEKRA, is an advantage
• Quick understanding of complex business processes, for example in marketing, sales, or IT, in the sense of Privacy by Design
• Strong communication skills as well as experience in leading and motivating teams
