Compensation Package

• Participation in accounts receivable accounting as part of a finance team
• Execution and support in the dunning process, including dunning runs and follow-up of open receivables
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts and clarification of payment differences and open items together with internal departments
• Processing and answering customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Creation of evaluations and analyses in Excel
• Maintenance of master data and support in optimizing existing processes
• Close cooperation with colleagues from Accounting, Finance, and Customer Service
• Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting or financial accounting
• Experience in dunning, receivables management, and account reconciliation
• IFRS knowledge, ideally experience with IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition), but not a mandatory requirement
• Very good Excel skills and experience in handling large amounts of data
• Experience with ERP systems required; Oracle NetSuite advantageous, knowledge of other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Navision, etc.) is also sufficient
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented, structured, and careful way of working
