The client wants to harmonize the international Enterprise Risk Management landscape, prepare the group risk report for 2027, and in parallel provide technical support for the introduction of a new ERM tool to consistently capture, assess, and manage risks across the group.

• Preparation and consolidation of group risk reports in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) environment
• Conducting and moderating risk workshops with specialist departments and management
• Analysis and harmonization of risk registers from various business units
• Further development of risk management methods, risk categories, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Technical support for the introduction of a new ERM tool, including migration, testing, and requirements management
• Several years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), risk controlling, or corporate governance
• Very good knowledge of COSO ERM and ISO 31000
• Experience with risk analyses, risk consolidations, and management reporting at group level
• Experience in moderating workshops and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of GRC/ERM systems, transformation, or implementation projects
• Confident use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
