On behalf of our client, a medium-sized, internationally active manufacturing company, we are filling the position of Interim Finance Manager as soon as possible.

The role is to be filled in the Czech Republic, near Brno. On-site presence is required. Some flexibility for approximately 1 day per week remote is possible.

The position holds overall responsibility for managing the finance and controlling department at the production site in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for the financial figures.

• Overall management of the finance and controlling area of the Dacice production site and relief of the CFO in Germany, who previously held this function
• Member of the management team
• Planning of liquidity and cash flow
• Coordination of the financial strategy
• Evaluation of investment plans and controlling of fixed assets
• Preparation of forecasts, forecasts, and plans
• Cost controlling and identification of savings and efficiency potentials
• Analysis and reporting of KPIs
• Ensuring controlling
