- Interim Financial Controller
- Global organisation
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes.
- Provide support for strategic decision-making with detailed financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Strong experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Salary £90,000
