- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and at group level
- Participation in the consolidation of national and international group companies
- Handling complex accounting and valuation issues (Technical Accounting)
- Execution and documentation of merger and restructuring bookings
- Support in the reconciliation of intercompany transactions and intercompany accounts
- Preparation and analysis of cash flow statements and other financial analyses
- Analysis of financial data and preparation of meaningful reports for management
- Contribution to the further development and optimization of accounting, reporting, and consolidation processes
- Support in special projects in group accounting
- Close collaboration with the finance teams of the group companies as well as external consultants and auditors
- Active participation in automation and digitalization initiatives in the finance department, especially using modern AI tools
- Working with the consolidation and reporting tool Lucanet
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, financial accounting, or group accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB
- Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Very good understanding of complex accounting and technical accounting issues
- Experience with consolidation processes is an advantage
- Confident use of Lucanet or comparable consolidation tools is desirable
- Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
