- Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial guidance and support to internal teams.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting activities effectively.
- Coordinate with auditors and address audit requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
- Strong experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills.
- The ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Salary ranging from £37,000 to £41,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a contribution.
- Located in Lincoln, offering a chance to work in the not-for-profit sector.
