• Shape the people agenda within a growing education organisation.
• Lead and develop a newly created HR function and team.
• Lead the daily delivery of Human Resources activity across the organisation.
• Provide practical direction on people matters to keep work moving smoothly.
• Set clear priorities for the Human Resources department during the interim period.
• Work with colleagues to address people-related queries and maintain consistent support.
• Review current people processes and identify practical areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear communication on Human Resources activity across the organisation.
• Manage the handover of key people activity to ensure continuity throughout the temporary assignment.
• Experience leading a Human Resources function or people-focused department.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day people practices and processes.
• The ability to set priorities and manage a varied workload.
• Confidence providing clear guidance on people matters.
• Experience reviewing and improving Human Resources processes.
• The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across an organisation.
• Must hold a current Enhanced DBS.
• Temporary Interim Head Of People role based in Manchester.
• Daily rate of £360 to £440, dependent on the level of experience.
• Opportunity to work within the Not For Profit sector.
