The Offer

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and optimization of supply chain processes within a strategically important major project
• Coordination and control of the areas of purchasing, procurement, logistics, supplier management, and quality management
• Ensuring timely availability of materials and resources, taking into account cost, quality, and project goals
• Professional communication and coordination with international stakeholders, customers, and project teams
• Identification of risks within the supply chain and development and implementation of suitable countermeasures
• Several years of experience in management positions in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operational Excellence within complex project organizations
• Sound understanding of the interrelationships between procurement, logistics, quality, and supplier management
• Experience from the renewable energy sector
• Demonstrable experience in managing international teams and stakeholders in a demanding project environment
• Confident and professional demeanor at management level, as well as strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills; experience in an international or intercultural environment is an advantage
