Interim HR Team Lead and Change Manager (secondment)

Project overview

As an interim team leader and change manager, you will guide the HR team during a reorganization towards a new management structure.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising on the new structure and management of the HR team
• Leading HR advisors, HR employees, recruiters, a process advisor, and a functional administrator
• Bearing responsibility for personnel care, team development, prioritization, capacity, and results
• Strengthening the coherence between policy development, senior advice, and other HR components, together with the manager of the Facility Services department
• Reinforcing the connection between HR and management
• Clarifying roles, responsibilities, mandates, and decision-making
• Directing behavior, collaboration, results, and mutual accountability
• Connecting policy, processes, systems, capacity, and execution
• Exercising tactical control over AFAS and contributing to the standardization of work processes
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a manager within the HR/P&O domain
• Experience in leading HR/P&O professionals
• Experience with interim and/or change assignments focused on HR transformation, team development, and organizational development
• Experience in advising management and/or executive board at a strategic and tactical level
• Sensitivity to political-administrative relationships, collaborative leadership, results orientation, decisiveness, change capability, and an understanding of organizational relationships
