- Interim IKS Manager / Internal Controls Expert
- Our client is a service company.
- Further development and optimization of the Internal Control System (IKS)
- Performance of risk analyses and derivation of suitable control measures
- Assessment of financial and closing processes regarding appropriateness and effectiveness
- Consulting business units on governance, compliance, and control topics
- Quality assurance of existing control documentation and process descriptions
- Support with regulatory requirements in the accounting environment
- Several years of experience in the setup, optimization, or auditing of IKS structures
- Sound knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS
- Experience in the finance, accounting, audit, or compliance environment
- Very good understanding of governance, risk, and control systems
- Experience in complex group structures desirable
- SAP knowledge advantageous
- Fluent German language skills
