Job Description
- Start: Immediately
- Duration: 3-6 months with option for extension
- Utilization: 50-100%
- Location: Düsseldorf/Weeze, initially 2-3 days on-site for 2-4 weeks, thereafter mostly remote
Responsibilities
Profile
- Support and ensure the stable operation of SAP PLM/SI and SAP PO interfaces
- Analysis, processing, and resolution of incidents, service requests, and problem cases
- Execution of error analysis, monitoring, and root cause analysis
- Management of external service providers in application management
- Conception, development, and implementation of interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
- Creation and adaptation of mapping logics, routing rules, and integration processes
- Development and maintenance of XML, IDoc, SOAP, REST, RFC, and file interfaces
- Support in the introduction of new business processes and applications
