Interim AI Trainer & Consultant

Project overview

As a freelance AI Trainer & Consultant, you will support employees of a financial services provider in building AI competencies.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Conduct individual competency assessments to determine the AI knowledge level and development needs
• Develop a structured training concept with learning objectives, milestones, and measurable KPIs
• Impart fundamentals in AI, Machine Learning, and Prompt Engineering as well as their application possibilities
• Conduct practice-oriented training on the use of suitable AI tools in everyday work
• Support employees through shadowing and re-shadowing to consolidate learning
• Introduce a train-the-trainer concept for internal knowledge transfer
• Advise on AI application possibilities, suitable tools, and their integration into existing processes
• Document training measures and regularly report on learning progress
• Be responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of training, ensuring learning objectives are met
• Report and escalate potential risks early, adhering to data protection and compliance regulations
• At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience as an AI Trainer, AI Consultant, or in a comparable position
• Solid expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, and common AI tools
• Experience in conceptualizing and conducting training measures, as well as strong didactic skills
• Practical knowledge of agile methods and Scrum
• Professional experience in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, or FinTech) as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of business and requirements analysis as well as process modeling is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Python and APIs is an advantage
• AI and/or Scrum certifications such as Google AI, Microsoft AI, AWS, PSM, or CSM are an advantage
