As part of transformation programs around Data, Data Governance, and Artificial Intelligence, we are looking for a Senior Change Manager to support transformations and promote the adoption of new tools, uses, and practices by employees.

You will work on several projects in parallel, in an international and multicultural environment, with diverse populations, from operational teams to management.

Your role will be to define and deploy change management strategies adapted to the challenges of each project, their scope, and the number of users impacted.

We are looking for a confirmed change management professional, capable of intervening in complex and large-scale transformations in an international context.

• Develop a change management strategy adapted to each project and proportionate to the scale of the transformations.
• Conduct impact analyses and identify the populations concerned.
• Map stakeholders and define associated support methods.
• Deploy change initiatives using recognized methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent).
• Design and deploy communication plans adapted to different populations, in French and English.
• Develop communication messages and materials associated with the transformations.
• Build and manage a network of super-users, champions, and business relays.
• Organize and lead internal events, workshops, and awareness sessions.
• Foster employee buy-in and adoption of new practices.
• Support users during the deployment of new tools and solutions.
• Prepare and support application decommissioning phases.
• Design training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
• Adapt support measures to the needs of different populations and project specificities.
• Define and track adoption and appropriation indicators for new tools and practices.
• Measure the effectiveness of change management actions.
• Identify potential barriers to adoption.
• Propose and implement corrective action plans to strengthen engagement and effective use of solutions.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying change management strategies.
• Mastery of impact analyses and stakeholder mapping.
• Experience in large-scale transformation projects.
• Support for tool deployments and application decommissioning.
• Management of super-user and champion networks.
• Design of communication plans and training initiatives.
• Definition and tracking of adoption and appropriation KPIs.
• Experience in Data transformation programs.
• Good understanding of data governance issues and data culture.
• Knowledge of projects related to artificial intelligence and generative AI.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is expected.
• Familiarity with international environments and multi-country organizations.
• Mastery of one or more change management frameworks: ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Good command of Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
• Experience with survey and adoption measurement tools.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools; experience with Claude is a plus.
