• Conducting comprehensive KYC analyses, including system-based recording and maintenance of relevant customer data
• Ensuring the complete execution of all required validation and approval processes within defined deadlines
• Monitoring and processing periodic KYC reviews of existing customers, taking into account current regulatory requirements
• Analyzing complex corporate and shareholding structures and identifying relevant risk factors
• Ensuring proper data maintenance in the relevant core and compliance systems
• Close collaboration with business units and compliance functions within the scope of the KYC process
• Several years of practical experience in the KYC environment (1st or 2nd Line of Defence) with a focus on corporate clients
• Sound knowledge in the areas of anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, embargoes, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorism financing
• Experience in analyzing complex corporate and ownership structures and in assessing regulatory risks
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Confident use of MS Office as well as common banking and compliance systems
• Completed degree in business, law, compliance, or comparable banking qualification
