For our client, we are looking for an experienced Interim Legal Specialist to support the in-house legal team. We are seeking a pragmatic, hands-on personality with sound in-house experience who will independently handle the operational day-to-day business.

• Independent support of the in-house legal team in operational day-to-day business
• Review, creation, and processing of commercial contracts as well as preliminary review of contracts
• Legal support and advice to the sales department on all contractual law issues
• Support and processing of corporate and corporate governance topics
• Support with corporate law issues, especially with commercial register entries and related formalities
• Support with compliance topics and the further development of existing processes
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and pragmatic problem-solving for legal issues
• Ensuring efficient and independent processing of ongoing operational business
• Completed legal training, e.g., as a legal assistant, paralegal, or fully qualified lawyer
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally on the corporate side or in an in-house legal department
• Sound practical experience in operational contract review and processing, especially in the area of commercial contracts
• Experience in supporting sales teams as well as in corporate and compliance topics
• Ideally, knowledge in the technology, software, or SaaS environment
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and issues
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Flexibility in thinking and acting, as well as the ability to maintain an overview even with changing requirements
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
