Support the in-house legal team as a temporary replacement for parental leave.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Support the in-house legal team in ongoing daily business
- Review and draft commercial contracts, and pre-review other contracts
- Advise the sales department on contract law issues
- Accompany corporate and corporate governance topics
- Support with corporate law matters, such as commercial register entries
- Participate in compliance topics and further develop existing processes
- Collaborate with specialist departments to find pragmatic solutions
- Completed legal training, e.g., working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or fully qualified lawyer
- Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years, ideally in an in-house legal department
- Practical experience in contract review, especially with commercial contracts
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams as well as in corporate and compliance topics
- Knowledge in the technology, software, or SaaS environment is an advantage
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong hands-on mentality and quick familiarization with new topics
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and business-minded thinking
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
