Project overview
An experienced Interim Manager for Investment Controlling is sought for an expanding IT company with over 500 employees and a complex holding structure. The project focuses on optimizing existing controlling processes and professionally managing and supporting investments in a dynamic technology environment.
You will take on the technical leadership of a 2-person team and work closely with stakeholders at the holding level to implement sustainable improvements in investment controlling.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership and further development of investment controlling in a complex holding structure
- Optimization of controlling processes and structures for sustainable efficiency increase
- Management and coordination of a 2-person controlling team
- Analysis and evaluation of investments and creation of meaningful management reports
- Implementation of improved reporting standards and controlling instruments
- Close collaboration with business units and the holding level
Requirements
- Several years of expertise in investment controlling
- Sound experience with Lucanet
- Proven success in long-term customer projects (project business, production)

- Project Start: October 2026
- Project Duration: 3-6 months with option for extension
- Location: Hamburg (3 days on-site per week, 1-2 days remote)
- Workload: Full-time
- Compensation: Market-standard daily rates depending on qualifications
