Exciting interim mandate.
- Support and administration of EBICS connections in electronic payment transactions.
- Management of participants, authorizations, and signature procedures within the EBICS structure.
- Support with the setup and maintenance of online banking access.
- Analysis and processing of errors in payment transactions and in the transmission of payment files.
- Processing of customer inquiries regarding electronic banking and payment transactions.
- Operational involvement in digital payment transactions.
- Experience in electronic banking and electronic payment transactions, ideally with a focus on EBICS.
- Knowledge in the administration of EBICS connections, including participant, authorization, and signature management.
- Understanding of the processes in national and international payment transactions.
- Banking expertise as well as awareness of regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Strong analytical skills for error analysis and problem-solving in the payment transaction environment.
- Structured, service-oriented, and meticulous way of working, as well as very good German and English language skills.
