Seeking an experienced Plant Manager for an interim role focusing on turnaround and restructuring of an international production site. The role involves overall operational and strategic leadership, developing and implementing improvement measures, and managing the local team.

- Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic leadership of the production site
- Development and implementation of turnaround, restructuring, and improvement measures
- Leadership, coaching, and further development of the local management team
- Ensuring delivery capability, quality, productivity, and cost performance
- Introduction and further development of KPI, Lean, and Shopfloor Management structures
- Solid experience as Plant Manager, Site Manager, or Operations Director
- Demonstrable successes in transformation, restructuring, or turnaround projects
- Sound knowledge of Lean Management, production control, and KPI-based corporate management
- Experience in cost-critical production environments with complex manufacturing structures
- Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel and be on-site
