• Overall coordination and efficient management of all Frontier AI activities
• Planning, coordination, and progress monitoring of central project and work streams
• Organization and preparation/follow-up of management, steering, and committee meetings
• Establishment and maintenance of structured action, risk, decision, and dependency management
• Consolidation, plausibility check, and quality assurance of status reports and deliverables from various streams
• Creation of management reports, decision proposals, and documents for management and the board
• Tracking of milestones, open issues, and required decisions
• Support with budget control, ordering processes, and reporting requirements
• Ensuring consistent and audit-proof project documentation
• Organizational support for the transfer of relevant activities into the Zero Trust and Cloud Security & SIR Resilience programs
• Several years of experience in PMO, project management, or program management of complex transformation projects
• Sound practical experience in managing risks, actions, decisions, and dependencies
• Proven competence in creating meaningful status reports, decision proposals, and steering documents for management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at management and leadership level
• Structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working
• Experience in regulatory or security-critical environments desirable
• Knowledge in the areas of Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, AI Governance, or comparable topics is an advantage
• Experience in the banking sector desirable
