Responsibilities

• Drive program management independently from start to finish with a strong focus on speed and results
• Manage external development partners and suppliers working on parallel solutions, ensuring they adhere to schedule, scope, and budget
• Qualify alternative suppliers for technical components
• Drive industrialization: toolmaking, initial sample inspection, and transition to series production
• Organize tests and validations – in the lab and in practical application with customers
• Coordinate (Product Management, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, Sales) and create a sense of urgency and accountability, even without formal authority
• Report to management, escalate issues, and later hand over to the permanent Program Manager

• Proven experience in program management under time pressure – multiple parallel workstreams, external partners, and strict deadlines; ideally in product remediation or turnaround situations
• Technical background (Mechanical Engineering / Design) with practical experience in the development and industrialization of hardware products
• Experience in injection molding and toolmaking; experience with composite or carbon fiber components is an advantage
• Experience in test and validation planning
• Pragmatic and hands-on
• Very good German and English skills are required

We are looking for an Interim Program Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately for a leading company in the field of cleaning and contamination protection solutions. The company is currently undergoing an optimization program that includes product improvements, new product variants, the supply chain, and validation. To accelerate progress, they want to pursue several technical and supply chain options in parallel and bring them to a swift conclusion.
