In the course of the transition to an e-invoicing compliant invoice process, we are looking for an experienced Interim Project Manager E-Invoicing (m/f/d) for a service company in 100% remote. The project focuses on market research as well as the selection and operational introduction of a lean ERP system (no SAP) for e-invoicing compliant invoice creation. The annual invoice volume is approx. 1000 invoices.

Responsibilities

• Structured research for suitable ERP/invoicing solutions
• Creation of a catalog of criteria
• Development of a well-founded decision proposal for management
• Support or management of the introduction of the selected ERP system
• Replacement of the current invoice creation process and transfer to the new system
• Definition and documentation of the new invoicing processes
• Briefing of relevant users

Requirements

• Demonstrable project experience in the selection and introduction of ERP or invoicing software
• Sound knowledge in the field of e-invoicing (e.g. XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and current legal regulations
• Good understanding of integration architectures and interfaces
• Business fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
