Responsibilities

Compensation Package

Exciting interim mandate.

• Analysis of purchasing data and derivation of reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
• Monitoring of relevant purchasing KPIs and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports based on SAP ERP and Ariba.
• Ensuring target achievement in purchasing through continuous KPI monitoring and support of compliance requirements.
• Further development of the reporting and analytics landscape, especially SAP Analytics Cloud, in collaboration with Controlling and IT.
• Support of purchasing management in cost controlling and ensuring high data quality.
• Coordination with stakeholders, conducting user training, and promoting process optimizations and digitalization initiatives.
• Several years of experience in reporting or controlling and good understanding of purchasing processes.
• Knowledge of reporting and purchasing systems, ideally in the SAP environment; project management experience is an advantage.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong affinity for numbers, analytical strength, and a structured and independent way of working.
• Strong communication skills and fluent German and English.
