Project overview

For a manufacturing company in the textile industry in Hesse, we are looking for an experienced interim quality expert.

As the right-hand person to the Quality Team Lead, you will support daily operations and implement improvements directly on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Operational support and relief for the Quality Team Lead

Ensuring product and process quality in textile manufacturing

Implementation and monitoring of quality requirements according to DIN EN ISO 9001

Consideration of relevant requirements from environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001

Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up of internal and external audits

Processing of audit deviations and implementation and effectiveness checks of corrective actions

Analysis and resolution of quality deviations directly on the shop floor

Maintenance and optimization of inspection plans, work instructions, and quality-related documentation

Ensuring customer-specific inspection and quality specifications

Requirements

Several years of experience in operational quality management and quality assurance in a manufacturing company

Experience in the textile industry or processing of technical textiles is desirable

Sound knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 and practical experience in audit preparation and accompaniment

Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 14001 and integrated management systems is an advantage

Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working directly in production

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills and assertiveness in the production environment
