We are currently looking for an Interim Recruiter

• Independent recruitment of blue-collar employees, especially machine operators and production staff
• Active candidate search via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting channels
• Identification and approach of passive candidates in the market
• Close collaboration with hiring managers and HR contacts
• Management of the entire recruiting process from candidate approach to interview coordination
• Professional presentation of the company, work environment, and corporate culture to potential candidates
• Advising specialist departments on talent acquisition and market availability
• Building and maintaining sustainable candidate networks
• Support in filling approximately 28 vacant positions in the production environment
• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the industrial, production, aerospace, or defense sectors
• Proven success in active sourcing and direct approach of passive candidates
• Very good knowledge of using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in filling skilled trade or production-related positions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to professionally advise hiring managers and build long-term relationships
• Fluent German and English skills
