We are looking for a confident, hands-on expert who acts as the interface between the involved organizations, creates transparency, drives technical and organizational topics, and ensures sustainable collaboration on-site.

- On-site support for development, industrialization, and quality topics at the manufacturing partner.
- Follow-up on technical, qualitative, and organizational measures until successful completion.
- Support with reviews, audits, test activities, and processing of deviations and complaints.
- Coordination between development, production, quality, supply chain, and project participants on both sides.
- Regular reporting on project status, risks, delivery capability, and quality-related topics.
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of experience in the development, industrialization, manufacturing, or quality management of technical products.
- Demonstrable experience in long-term on-site assignments with international suppliers or production partners, preferably in Asia, including independent management of technical, qualitative, and organizational interface topics.
- Knowledge of quality methods such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, or comparable standards is advantageous.
- Fluent English skills and the ability to act independently and confidently in an intercultural environment.
