- Several years of experience in Treasury Management with a focus on Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Financing
- Responsibility for cash flow forecasts, payment transactions, bank communication, as well as FX and financing topics
- Experience in the introduction or optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Treasury processes
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently drive both strategic and operational treasury topics
- Active management and participation in projects as well as implementation of process improvements
- Strong communication skills in dealing with management, specialist departments, banks, and external partners
- High analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience in an international environment as well as fluent German and English skills
- Confident stakeholder management and quick familiarization with existing structures
- Experience in the relevant areas
