Interim SAP Key User

Project overview

We are currently looking for an SAP Key User with a strong Supply Chain background for an S/4HANA transformation project, acting as the interface between business and IT. The business side of the transformation is already complete; the focus is now on testing, hypercare, troubleshooting, and operational implementation until the planned go-live in 2028.

• Start: 01.12., January at the latest
• Duration: Until the end of 2027
• Utilization: Full-time
• Project Language: German and English
• Location: Frankfurt am Main, 3 days on-site / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Profile

• Execution and support of user tests
• Collection, documentation, and tracking of findings
• Support of the hypercare phase
• Analysis and resolution of process and system problems
• Interface between business and IT
• Coordination with specialist departments and end-users
• Support in the implementation of requirements
• Identification of optimization potential in end-to-end processes
• Support of the team with operational issues
• Promotion of user acceptance and technical support for the team

Requirements

• Experience as an SAP Key User in the S/4HANA environment
• Understanding of the S/4HANA process world
• Supply Chain background
• Experience in the interface environment
• Very operational way of working
• End-to-end business process understanding
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Fluent German and English
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders
