Responsibilities
- Functional management of an IT team with various SAP focuses in the area of sales processes for stationary retail and e-commerce
- Functional sparring for three product teams with a focus on sales processes in retail (e.g., article master data)
- Change management during the transformation to interdisciplinary working methods and the switch to S/4 HANA
- Coaching and positive support of the team in different development stages
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience and change management competence
- Several years of experience in SAP projects, ideally with a focus on SD and MM
- Experience in retail / trade / e-commerce
- Experience in agile working methods and methodical project work
- Hands-on mentality with technical sparring understanding
- Strong coaching skills and solution-oriented approach
