Job description
Lead a project focused on SAP S/4HANA, involving analysis, coordination, data migration, and stakeholder management for a 7-month engagement starting December 1, 2026.
Project overview
Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Active listening and understanding of business requirements
Understanding of existing business processes
Understanding of the system landscape in France
Analysis and documentation of current and target processes
Gathering and definition of change requests
Functional & Technical Coordination
SAP process understanding and coordination with business departments
Understanding of technical interfaces to the external partner
Support and guidance of implementation
Actively driving implementation and project topics
Coordination with relevant stakeholders and project managers
Management of external service providers
Coordination and management of the development partner (German side)
Control of deliverables, progress, and deadlines
Challenging and plausibility checking of effort estimations
Project Management
Creating or evaluating effort estimations
Coordination of a project team of approx. 7 people
Ensuring transparent communication between all parties involved
Data Migration & Quality Assurance
Data cleansing of the legacy system
Support with data migration
Ensuring data quality
Documentation
Creation and maintenance of project and process documentation
Documentation of requirements, decisions, and changes
Requirements
Very good English skills, spoken and written, for collaboration in international project teams
Sound experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in the SAP MM environment
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules MM (focus), SD, PP, FI, WM, and HU
Demonstrable experience in functional or organizational project leadership
Comprehensive knowledge of classic and agile project management
Experience with MySQL databases as well as data-related analyses and evaluations
Experience in data migration and data cleansing of legacy systems, ideally in the context of Work for All or comparable systems
Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to gather, prioritize, and purposefully implement requirements from various business areas in projects
