Initial Situation

For a consulting mandate in the SAP Supply Chain environment, we are looking for an experienced leader to provide technical and organizational support to an existing SAP/IT team.

The focus is on developing collaboration, providing expert sparring, and guiding organizational and technological changes.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and support in the further development of team organization and collaboration
• Coaching and sparring for managers and SAP/IT specialists
• Technical consulting on SAP materials management and supply chain processes, especially SD/MM
• Support in analyzing, prioritizing, and coordinating cross-departmental requirements
• Guidance of change processes and technological changes in the SAP environment

Requirements

Important note: We are exclusively looking for independent, immediately available interim managers for a self-responsible consulting mandate.

• Several years of leadership experience in the SAP/IT environment, ideally with disciplinary leadership experience
• Sound knowledge in SAP Supply Chain and SAP SD/MM
• Experience with complex SAP system landscapes and integrated business processes
• Strong leadership, coaching, and change management competence
• Pragmatic, empathetic, and results-oriented personality
• Budget: Approx. €900 net/day plus travel expenses, depending on qualifications and experience.
