Profile

• Start: from November
• Duration: until the end of the year, with an option for extension
• Utilization: Full-time/Part-time
• Remote share: 100% remote possible
• Industry: Public Sector
• Analysis of existing processes in Vendor Invoice Management (SAP VIM)
• Conception and implementation of SAP VIM solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Technical consulting for business departments and project stakeholders
• Optimization and further development of existing VIM processes
• Customizing and configuration of SAP VIM
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and support during ongoing operations
• Close collaboration with business departments, SAP teams, and other IT units
• Support in integrating SAP VIM into the existing S/4HANA system landscape
• Creation of technical concepts and documentation

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of practical experience as an SAP VIM Consultant
• Very good knowledge of SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
• Good knowledge of SAP FI and SAP MM
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
• Sound experience in customizing and technical consulting
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in collaborating with business departments and IT teams
• Very good German language skills
