• Responsibility for functional banking readiness and acceptance scenarios
• Taking over, checking, and further developing existing acceptance criteria
• Functional coordination and negotiation of criteria with business and delivery teams
• Ensuring a complete end-to-end view of banking processes
• Identification of functional gaps, risks, and dependencies, especially in migration, cutover, and coexistence
• Coordination and moderation of workshops with stakeholders at group and divisional management level
• Evaluation of existing UAT/readiness evidence from a functional perspective
• Preparation of the functional readiness assessment for go-live
• Extensive professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Consultant in the banking environment
• Deep understanding of banking processes and bank operations
• Very good payments know-how, ideally additionally lending and/or KYC
• Experience with complex banking transformations and migrations
• Understanding of UAT, acceptance, and operational/business readiness, but not a classic testing profile
• Consulting experience as a link between the project/delivery team and the business
• Strong stakeholder management and pronounced functional negotiation skills
