Role
- Preparation and support of the annual financial statements according to HGB in cooperation with external service providers
- Creation of financial reports and presentation of relevant key figures to management and auditors
- Responsibility for cash flow analyses and liquidity planning
- Ensuring regulatory requirements in a BaFin-regulated environment
- Technical leadership of a small finance team
- Close coordination with the Managing Director and active participation in the management team
- Further development and control of finance processes
Requirements

- Several years of experience in a senior finance function (e.g., Senior Finance Manager, Head of Finance, or CFO)
- Very good knowledge of HGB financial statements and annual audits
- Experience in the regulated financial services or securities environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ideally BaFin experience
- Sound experience in liquidity planning and financial control
- Strong stakeholder management and confident demeanor at management level
- Structured, hands-on working style and quick onboarding
- Good English skills
- Ideally, experience with NetSuite
