Project overview

For our client, I am looking for a ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst / Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Planning, execution, and moderation of workshops for gathering, concretizing, and prioritizing requirements
• Advising business departments on standard ServiceNow SPM functionalities with the goal of minimizing customer-specific customizations
• Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring a common understanding of business requirements between business and IT
• Functional support of tests, reviews, and acceptance processes

• ServiceNow SPM MUST
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects
• Profound knowledge in at least three of the following ServiceNow SPM areas
• MUST
• Demand Management
• Portfolio Management
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Experience in the conception, execution, and moderation of workshops with business departments and management
• Very good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe
• Language: German and English
