- Coordinate daily operations on the shop floor
- Ensure the scheduled progress of assembly, testing, and commissioning work
- Monitor progress, priorities, and milestones across various work packages
- Respond to disruptions, material bottlenecks, or deviations in the schedule
- Coordinate between production, logistics, quality, and external service providers
- Provide technical guidance to shift teams and support supervisors
- Remove obstacles to ensure productive personnel deployment
- Escalate critical issues and follow up on agreed-upon measures
- Several years of professional experience in production, assembly, commissioning, or plant construction
- Experience in managing shop floor processes and operational teams
- Practice-oriented approach with a strong presence in manufacturing
- English skills are an advantage
