- Management of cyclical HR processes and coordination with national and international specialist departments
- Advising managers on development and succession planning issues and supporting personnel decisions
- Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of recommendations for action for continuous optimization of existing processes
- Several years of professional experience in the field of personnel development and HR development, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Sound experience in the conception and implementation of training measures, training programs, and development initiatives
- Experience working within international matrix organizations
- Hands-on personality with strong implementation skills and a pragmatic approach
- Fluent German and English language skills as well as very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications
