An exciting interim mandate with an interesting client from the service sector.

• Further development and implementation of company-wide measures for employee and leadership development
• Conception, organization, and support of qualification and development programs for various target groups
• Management of cyclical HR processes and coordination with national and international departments
• Advising managers on development and succession planning issues and supporting personnel decisions
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of recommendations for action for continuous optimization of existing processes
• Several years of professional experience in personnel development and HR development, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Sound experience in the conception and implementation of further training measures, training programs, and development initiatives
• Experience working within international matrix organizations
• Hands-on personality with strong implementation skills and a pragmatic approach
• Fluent German and English skills as well as very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
