Interim Supply Chain Process Lead SAP S/4HANA

• Independent management of technical activities within an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Taking on a central key user role between business, production, and IT
• Independent analysis, evaluation, and optimization of supply chain and production processes
• Responsibility for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Active management of the hypercare phase and ensuring a stable transition to regular operations
• Independent coordination and evaluation of interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and connected planning systems
• Identification of critical process and system issues and consistent follow-up until implementation
• Technical leadership of workshops, coordination meetings, and decision-making processes with relevant stakeholders
• Driving project topics and achieving pragmatic solutions in a complex corporate environment
• Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects within the supply chain
• Profound expertise in supply chain, production, or operations with strong technical understanding
• Demonstrable experience in UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare phases
• Very good understanding of complex system landscapes, integrations, and interfaces
• Experience in regulated production environments, ideally pharmaceuticals, alternatively chemicals or comparable batch-based industries
• Project experience in international corporate structures
• Kinaxis knowledge advantageous
• German at native speaker level
• Business fluent English
• High initiative, assertiveness, and strong hands-on mentality
• Ability to drive topics independently, prepare decisions, and implement them sustainably
