- Control and coordination of all procurement activities within a complex investment project
- Technical leadership and support of purchasing managers as well as control of relevant procurement packages and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost, and quality targets throughout the entire procurement process
- Active management of risks, escalations, and critical supplier and quality issues
- Creation of status reports and regular coordination with project management, stakeholders, and customers
- Several years of experience in strategic or project-related purchasing within complex project organizations
- Several years of experience in the energy sector
- Demonstrable experience in industrial, infrastructure, plant construction, or comparable large-scale projects
- Sound understanding of technical procurement scopes as well as project-oriented supplier management
- Strong skills in project management, reporting, and dealing with demanding stakeholders
- Communicative personality with experience in the technical coordination of purchasing and project teams
