Responsibilities

Project Environment

• Technical support of a real estate portfolio with residential and commercial properties
• Management and coordination of external service providers and craft businesses
• Support of maintenance, servicing, and modernization measures
• Conducting property inspections and technical condition assessments
• Ensuring operator obligations and safety precautions
• Coordination with owners, tenants, and external partners
• Documentation and maintenance of property-relevant data in iX-Haus
• Operational management from Munich
• Regular travel to the properties under management required
• Company car provided for property appointments
• Collaboration with an experienced property management team
• Use of the ERP system iX-Haus

Requirements

Key Data

• Several years of professional experience in Technical Property Management
• Experience in managing residential and commercial properties
• Confident interaction with service providers and technical project participants
• Knowledge in managing maintenance and servicing measures
• Experience with iX-Haus desirable
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
