Seeking an Interim Transformations Manager for a 3-month mandate starting in November to lead an ERP and Finance transformation, including the implementation of a new ERP system and the setup of in-house accounting.

- Interim Transformations Manager
- Exciting interim mandate | 3 months | Start in November
- Leadership of the ERP and Finance transformation
- Introduction of a new ERP system (including Business Central)
- Setup of in-house accounting and replacement of the tax advisor
- Standardization of financial processes across approx. 60 companies
- Management of external service providers and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring a successful go-live and knowledge transfer
- Several years of experience in ERP and Finance transformation projects
- Demonstrable experience in ERP selection and implementation
- Sound knowledge in accounting and finance
- Experience in complex corporate or holding structures
- Strong project management and change management competence
- Hands-on mentality as well as confident stakeholder management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Fluent German and English
