Interim Transformations Manager

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Interim Transformations Manager to manage a comprehensive Finance and ERP transformation. The project focuses on the selection/introduction of a new ERP system and the establishment of a future-proof Finance organization. Initial onboarding will be on-site, followed by a very high remote component.

• Leadership of the ERP and Finance transformation
• Introduction of a new ERP system (including Business Central)
• Establishment of an in-house accounting department and replacement of the tax advisor
• Standardization of financial processes across approx. 60 companies
• Management of external service providers and relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring a successful go-live and knowledge transfer
• Several years of experience in ERP and Finance transformation projects
• Demonstrable experience in ERP selection and implementation
• Sound knowledge in accounting and finance
• Experience in complex corporate or holding structures
• Strong project management and change management competence
• Hands-on mentality as well as confident stakeholder management
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Fluent German and English
