Compensation Package

We offer an exciting interim mandate.

• Management and support of external financing and follow-up of relevant interest and financing topics
• Administration and monitoring of intercompany loans and group-internal financing structures
• Creation and maintenance of loan agreements and treasury-relevant documentation
• Contact person for international subsidiaries regarding financing needs and liquidity requirements
• Analysis and support of liquidity planning at group level
• Management of bank guarantees, sureties, and letters of credit
• Collaboration with banks, auditors, tax department, and internal stakeholders
• Support with dividend payments and group-wide treasury processes
• Ensuring compliance with internal treasury guidelines and governance requirements
• Several years of professional experience in corporate treasury of an international group
• Experience in the areas of financing, intercompany loans, cash & liquidity management, and treasury operations
• Good knowledge of dealing with banks and financial institutions
• Experience with guarantees, collateral, letters of credit, or similar treasury instruments
• Confident use of treasury and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Treasury, SAP S/4HANA or comparable)
• Understanding of international group structures and cross-border financing processes
• Fluent German and English language skills
