Project overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Interim Senior Treasury Manager to take responsibility for Corporate Treasury and lead a small team of two employees. Key areas include liquidity planning, cash management, financing, bank relations, cash pooling, and treasury reporting.

Offer

We offer an exciting interim mandate.

• Overall responsibility for Corporate Treasury
• Cash and liquidity management including forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash flow control
• Responsibility for corporate financing, credit lines, guarantee frameworks, and bank relations
• Introduction and further development of cash pooling and support for Kyriba implementation
• Management of intra-group financing (Intercompany Loans, interest rates, dividends, etc.)
• Treasury reporting
• Support of international projects, especially financing in the USA
• Further development of treasury processes, treasury systems, and control mechanisms (including FX management)
• Close collaboration with CFO, Accounting, Tax, and Payroll
• Several years of experience in Corporate Treasury
• Sound knowledge in:
• Cash Management
• Liquidity planning & Forecasting
• Bank relations
• Corporate financing
• Guarantees/Sureties
• Intercompany financing
• Management experience or experience in the functional leadership of employees
• Very good English spoken and written
• Hands-on mentality and ability to implement operational topics yourself
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, Kyriba is an advantage
