EFK GmbH is seeking an interim IT Manager for a 12-month assignment in Goslar to oversee IT strategy, structure, and processes during a leadership transition.

Hello!
We – EFK GmbH – are a Hanseatic IT service provider successfully operating in the market for around 40 years.
Together with our approximately 50 permanent employees and a well-maintained and extensive pool of freelancers, we successfully support both corporations and SMEs with their IT projects.
We are looking for an interim IT Manager for our client.
Responsibilities
The previous Head of IT is moving within the company, so he is available for onboarding etc.
The transition period until the successor, who is yet to be found, is to be filled externally.
Interim Management IT Department Leadership: Define strategy and structure, processes.
The IT department has 3 divisions (Operations, Service, Strategy/Architecture).
Currently 25 people in total, to be increased to 30, 500 employees in the company.
