We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer for the conception and implementation of a technical Proof of Concept based on an existing platform for the structured provision and linking of information.

• Coordination and concretization of the business and technical target image as well as selection of a suitable use case for the PoC
• Creation of a technical solution concept including components, interfaces, data flows, security requirements, and demarcation from existing systems
• Setup and configuration of a runnable development and test environment on the platform provided by the client using the existing infrastructure and tools
• Configuration and extension of the platform with a web-based frontend using React for the display, capture, and editing of information objects, relationships, and information needs
• Configuration, integration, and extension of the backend components and programming interfaces with C# for business logic, input validation, and connection of frontend and data storage
• Technical connection of a graph database for mapping and querying information objects, their properties, and relationships
• Prototypical connection of selected servers or source systems via suitable interfaces to retrieve information or metadata and make their relationships usable in the graph database
• Prototypical implementation of central functions of information needs management: capture, editing, assignment, versioning, and status management of information needs and their linking with the information model
• Implementation of search, filter, and navigation functions for finding and displaying information objects, relationships, and information needs
• Execution of technical tests and documentation of results, limitations, and open technical questions
• Provision of source code including configuration and build files in the client's version control system
• Creation of technical documentation on architecture, interfaces, data structures, installation, configuration, commissioning, and further development
• Preparation and execution of a results demonstration and handover of the PoC to the client
• Practical experience in full-stack software development, including independent conception and implementation of web-based applications or technical prototypes – Intermediate (> 3 years)
• Very good practical knowledge of React and in the development of component-based web interfaces, including state management, form processing, validation, and connection of REST interfaces – 2 references
• Very good practical knowledge of C# and .NET for the development of backend components and REST APIs, including data access, error handling, validation, automated tests, and structured implementation of business logic – 2 references
• Practical experience with graph databases and networked data models, including modeling of nodes, relationships, and properties as well as querying and technical connection – 2 references
• Practical experience in professional software development and technical handover (e.g., Git, traceable code structure and documentation, automated tests, build/deployment) as well as independent technical solution coordination in an agile environment – 2 references
