Intune Specialist

Project overview

For our client in Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Intune Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Support, operation, and further development of the existing Microsoft Intune environment for around 3,200 notebooks and in the future approx. 500 developer notebooks
• Support in knowledge building and know-how transfer within the team
• Support in the transformation of Citrix-based workplaces to modern convertible workplaces
• Analysis and resolution of staging and deployment problems
• Packaging of applications and creation and maintenance of packaging guidelines and checklists
• Technical support for testers, pilot groups, and rollout waves
• Creation and evaluation of reports for security updates and application rollouts
• Configuration and further development of Intune policies, Zero Trust concepts, Single Sign-On (SSO), VPN solutions, and startup scripts
• Management and optimization of endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments and contact persons
• Participation in an agile working environment

• Several years of in-depth experience in Microsoft Intune and in the management of Windows endpoints
• Ideally, additional experience with macOS devices
• Experience in the configuration and management of modern workplace solutions
• Knowledge in the areas of Endpoint Management, Device Security, and Software Deployment
• Experience with PatchMyPC and/or Admin By Request is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative personality with the ability to explain technical topics understandably
• Enjoyment of knowledge transfer and teamwork
• Experience in agile working methods and projects
• High awareness of data protection, compliance, and security requirements
• Very good German skills and good English skills
