Seeking an experienced professional to further develop endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, supporting the transition from virtual desktops to local Windows workstations. The role involves analyzing and resolving complex device deployment issues, software packaging, and managing application rollouts.

For our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist who stably operates and technically develops an extensive Windows client environment and anchors their knowledge within the team.

Knowledge in managing macOS devices, as well as with solutions for automated third-party updates and the controlled assignment of local administrator rights, is a plus.
Framework & Application
Regular presence and joint team days on-site are part of the assignment. No on-call duty.

- You will further develop endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and support the transition from virtualized desktops to locally used mobile Windows workstations.
- You will analyze and resolve complex errors in device deployment and take on demanding software packaging. Reusable checklists ensure quality.
- You will accompany application and client rollouts from the test phase through pilot groups to staggered introduction and make the progress of software distributions and security updates visible through reports.
- You will configure Intune policies, zero-trust settings, single sign-on, VPN, and startup scripts, taking high data protection requirements into account.
- You will impart your practical knowledge in a targeted manner and support internal employees with understandable technical explanations.
- Several years of in-depth experience in the operation and further development of Microsoft Intune for Windows notebooks.
- Sound practical experience in device deployment, complex packaging, rollout support, as well as in the mentioned configuration and reporting tasks.
- Independent, responsible way of working, enjoyment of collaboration in an agile environment, and the ability to impart knowledge sustainably.
- Confident communication in German for collaboration within the team and with internal employees, as well as a strong awareness of data protection.
